Your First Visit
Welcome to our office!
We enjoy seeing new patients, and we look forward to caring for your family’s orthodontic needs. After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a letter and history form in the mail. Please have the form completed and bring it with you to your appointment. The first appointment takes approximately 30 minutes. During this time, you will receive a comprehensive clinical evaluation, and you will be given the time to discuss your individual concerns. We will inform you of treatment options and advise you on treatment timing. This consultation will include answers to the financial aspect of your treatment. For your convenience, we offer payment plans, and we are able to accept assignment of most insurance programs.
